You may either

  1. Book directly (if you are OK with the selected Plan), or
  2. Chat with 247GoPartner for a better deal

  What if I book directly?

247GoPartner will review your booking dates to ensure no duplicate booking on the same period. He will then either:

  1. Accept and you will get Order Acceptance notification, or
  2. Reject and notify with reason

You may then Chat with 247GoPartner if you wish to re-book

  What if I chat with 247GoPartner before booking?

We encourage Chat before Booking to ensure Plan details is understood, clarified and then use the In-Chat Booking feature to book, by Selecting / Fill-in

  1. Plan,
  2. Travel period
  3. No. of Travelers
  4. Agreed Travel Package Price
  5. Remark: Others as agreed in the chat

and click submit.

247GoPartner will get notification of your New Order Request.

247GoPartner will review all your information to ensure correctness. He will them either:

  1. Accept and you will get Order Acceptance notification, or
  2. Reject and notify with reason

You may then Chat with 247GoPartner if you wish to re-book

  May I customise the itinerary?

That’s the point! We know that every 247Traveller is unique. You can always use the chat feature to connect with the 247GoPartner for any discussion, your plan, activities and decide what you wish to do before booking.

It's completely a freedom booking world!

  What is the currency of my Plan?

It will be in the 247GoPartner local currency.

However, if your 247GoPartner is willing to accept any foreign currency, why not?

  How do I make my payment?

All payments are made by Traveler to 247GoPartner DIRECTLY thru any means throughout your whole traveling period as agreed with 247GoPartner 

(e-Wallet; Preferably Cash and on daily basis).

All payments are to be made Face-to-Face (on-Site) when plan begins. This is to protect both parties.

247GoPartner must record all payments made into 247GoPartner apps and 247Go will receive payment notification and transaction records in their apps as evidence.

  What if the plan is canceled by 247GoPartner or Traveler?

Both parties shall notify each other to avoid any dispute.

247Infinity ONLY provide platform for communication and we NEVER collect any upfront payment.

Therefore, communication between 247GoPartner and Traveler thru chatting is important.

However, if Traveler cancel any Plan without any reason, we will keep track of your future booking. Please Take Note!

  Can I extend my tour?

Yes. You may use the apps to book directly with the existing 247GoPartner continue your travel. This is to protect all your payment evidences are secured.

  Are the plan on private basis?

Each plan is absolutely a private and unique arrangement specially for you and your loved ones.

  Will the 247GoPartner accompanies us all the time?

Yes. Your personal 247GoPartner will be with you to bring out the best of your tour.

  Will I be able to request to change the date of my plan?

Always chat with 247GoPartner before making any changes as the 247GoPartner might be occupied or changes may incur additional fee.

So, always feel free to use the Chat feature to negotiate prior any changes.

e.g. 247GoPartner or Traveler cancels existing plan and re-book.
