Bukit Mertajam is located in the central part of the province of Seberang Prai in the state of Malaysia and Penang.
It is the first transportation hub of the entire Malay Peninsula under the planning of the British colonial government. Furthermore, due to the planning of Penang as a duty-free zone, Bukit Mertajam has been accelerated to become #crouchingtigerhiddendragon town.
The stele at Bukit Mertajam, exemplified by the National Heritage Board, is thousands of years old, right on the grass at St Anne's Church. Now the church has been awarded the first "temple" status at the highest level in the country. Every July 26th is a grand patronage celebration.
The Xuantian Temple in the center of the city for a century (under restoration) is also known as Bogongcheng. Incense is at its peak, and there are many ancient delicacies around the temple. It shares the Yulan Square, which is shared by the three streets, and is the largest annual Yulan Victory Festival in the country.
Of course, there is also a guided tour of "Sustainable Development of Bukit Mertajam as a trading town with a long history", and other new villages such as ~ Joho, Bukit Minjaya, Bulapi, Telok Chok Kun, Machang Momo, Sungai Lebu and Batu Dong Ferringhi, etc., will continue to develop more in-depth guided tours.
