12 Day 10 Night Pakistan Ground Tour(10 Pax To Go, Spring Tour: 25/04-5/5/2023, Autumn Tour: 18-29/10/2023)

Pakistan is a very interesting country.
It's interesting because the temperature difference from south to north can be over 40 degrees.
It is interesting because the landscape varies greatly from south to north.
It is interesting because of the very diverse language and culture (legend has it that Alexander the Great had a descendant here)

The sights of this trip, mainly in the northern part of Pakistan, are extremely beautiful and spectacular.

Important Notes:

-This is a private group tour, not traditional travel agency tour group.
-This is not a luxurious tour and suitable for those prefer unique tour destinations.
-Nature lovers with friendly character, good stamina with healthy condition are welcome to join.

-Min 2 doses of vaccination is needed to enter Pakistan. Please bring along Vaccination Document (Mysejahtera).
-The tour may have any unforeseen changes due to the epidemic issue, please be understandable to accept any outcome.
-Travel insurance with Covid Protection is a must.
-The northern mountainous part in Pakistan has limited facilities, all tour members must understand before joining the tour.
-Hotel: 4 star hotel in Islamabad.
-Hotels in mountain area attached bathroom, hot shower and heater (twin-sharing), and most hotels do not have lift.
-Transport: comfortable private vehicle, the road conditions in Pakistan are less well-paved and bumpy will have toilet or photo stop during the long journey.
-Limited internet coverage in mountain area.
-The itinerary in the actual operation in case of any uncontrollable factors such as flight delays, natural disasters, strikes, scenic repair, road closures, government restrictions etc., the leader reserves the right to change the itinerary.
-Day 2: If the flight from Islamabad to Skardu is canceled due to unforeseen reason, the program will be rescheduled accordingly.

Registration:

Please ensure you have read and agreed the itinerary and the important notes before joining the tour.
- 1st Deposit: RM500/pax (If tour is cancelled, deposit will be refunded)
- 2nd Payment: RM1500/pax (Pay after ticket issuance)
- 3rd Payment: RM4800/pax (Pay 1 month before departure)
All deposit and payments are non-refundable.
Any cancellation due to personal reason, can get someone for replacement. If no replacement, all payments are non-refundable.
Tour fare might be revised accordingly due to certain factors, such as economic crisis, air ticket price increases dramatically, currency issue etc.

Things to Bring:

-Temperature in end of October: Islamabad 28-18c, mountain area is 10-0c, please wear the suitable attires, ample warm clothing, hot pack etc.
-The electricity supply in northern mountainous area is unstable, recommend to bring powerbank and torchlight.
-The mountain road is bumpy and winding, please bring the medicine of motion sickness if necessary.
-Khunjirab Pass (China-Pakistan Border) is more than 4000m sea level.
-The local weather is very dry, please bring lip balm, lotion and sunblock.

Arrive Islamabad International Airport. Meet local tour guide and transfer to hotel for check-in.
Overnight: Islamabad
 

Day 2

Take a scenic flight to Skardu (1hour).
Enjoy the views of the Hindu Kush and Western Himalayan mountains.
Overnight: Khaplu
 

Day 3

Visit: Khaplu Palace, Khaplu Valley, Haldi Cones

Day 4

Visit: upper and lower Katchura Lake (Shangir-la Lake), cold desert and Shigar Valley.

Drive along the narrow gorge of the famous Indus River to Gilgit. Travel from Karakoram Highway to Hunza Valley, half way stop at the viewpoint of majestic Mount Rakaposhi (7788 m).

Morning to Duiker for sun rising view.
visit: Baltit Fort, a more than 700 years old fortress that was once the Hunza Valley King’s residence, enjoy the view of Hunza and Nagar valleys

Drive up Karakoram Highway to Passu Valley.
Visit: Attabad Lake, Suspension Bridge, Passu Glacier, Khunjirab Pass – China–Pakistan border

Afternoon to Gilgit
